Applicant Registration

Please enter the required information to register for MP-RAP as an applicant.

Your email address will be your user ID when logging into the system and you should receive a message at that address with a link to confirm that the email address is valid. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us to help troubleshoot your registration.
